Traveling to Palestine may be very foreign to some. In fact, many are afraid to visit the country, as it is often portrayed as an unsafe country in the media. Palestine has an abundance of volunteer opportunities available to those interested in making a positive difference in the world. Volunteer opportunities in Palestine are available through the Palestinian Center (Go Palestine). These volunteer programs cover a wide range of topics, including children, special needs children, education, entertainment activities, social events, music, press writing, community activities, and much more. You can volunteer for one week to three months.
Our mission at Go Palestine is to provide Palestinians in the West Bank with the resources necessary to gain English language proficiency and professional skills. At our center, you will find the support you need for a successful and meaningful volunteer experience. Volunteers who come to Palestine often bring with them a variety of intentions, goals, and sets of skills. The various programs we offer allow internationals to share their skills and experiences with eager Palestinians who want to optimize their opportunities and further develop themselves culturally and professionally.
